What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption to protect all your personal data and payment information. We never store any banking details on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation by email.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
After a processing time of 1 to 3 working days, delivery typically takes between 7 and 12 working days for the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. You can follow your parcel directly on our site via the "Track My Order" page.
What if I haven't received my order?
If your parcel hasn't arrived after 30 days, please get in touch with us. We'll do everything we can to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement shipment.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.
Are returns free?
Return postage is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a faulty item or an error on our part when dispatching your order.
