Shipping at a Glance
- Dispatch: Within 1–3 working days of your order being placed.
- Standard Delivery: Free on all orders.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
1. Processing Times
Once your order has been confirmed, our team will prepare and dispatch your items within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We deliver to the United Kingdom and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 7 to 12 working days.
- International: 8 to 14 working days.

3. Order Tracking
All our shipments include a tracking number. This number becomes active a few days after dispatch. You can track your parcel directly via our tracking page or on the carrier's website using your tracking number.
4. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived after 30 working days, please contact us at contact@oldmoneyhouse.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
5. Taxes and Customs Duties
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, no additional customs charges apply. The price paid at checkout is the final price. For international orders outside the UK, local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
