1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason and without penalty.
How to exercise this right
Simply contact us by email at contact@oldmoneyhouse.co.uk and let us know you'd like to return your order. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with detailed instructions on how to send your parcel back to us.
2. Refunds
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional charges resulting from your choice of an express or premium delivery option).
- Refund timeframe: Within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received and inspected.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Returning Your Item
Please return the item without undue delay and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
Important – Return postage: The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. Please arrange the return shipment yourself using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the return journey.
Condition of items: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
4. Exclusions
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
